Delicious Buffet Experience

I had a wonderful experience dining at the hotel coffee house. The food served was delicious, especially the creamy soup and pasta options available at the buffet counter. One standout item was the bread pudding, although I feel that the vanilla sauce could be a bit thicker for an even better taste. Overall, the meal selection was varied and satisfying, making it a highlight of my stay.

Excellent Meeting Venue

My stay at Dorsett Grand Subang was mostly enjoyable, thanks to the incredibly welcoming staff and the spacious room I upgraded to. The check-in process was smooth, and while the dining experience fell short this time around, the overall ambiance and attentive service made it a pleasant visit. However, some of the older rooms need improvement, especially regarding cleanliness and odors, which was disappointing.

My stay at the Dorsett Grand Subang was mostly wonderful. The staff truly make you feel like a VIP, which is a huge plus. I enjoyed a spacious and clean room with great views, but I was a bit let down by the breakfast options and the quality of some of the food served. Overall, the value for money is decent, though there's room for improvement in the dining area.

My recent stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The service left a lot to be desired, particularly from a specific manager whose attitude was far from what I expected. However, there were moments of kindness from some staff members that stood out. The dining experience was decent, but could definitely improve with better timing and ambiance. The room was tidy, but had a lingering smoke smell that was quite off-putting, despite being in a no-smoking area.
